I'm a mom of two who encourages reading, gentle play, and good manners. I'm not against screen time or appropriate video games. I have been watching children other than my own since I was a teen. I was a preschool assistant teacher for a year and a half prior to COVID while my kids were enrolled. I watch neighbor kids in my home B/A school and during the daytime. I prefer to watch in my own home, located in a rural neighborhood. I have a fenced-in yard, playset, outdoor toys, and plenty to do for little hands and crafty kids. I do have two cats who are considered hypoallergenic. My children are 10/m and 12/f. My husband is a CPA who works from home and occasionally subs for me during appointments or bus stop times for my school-aged kids. Regular hours are a plus, teachers or school year employees preferred but not required.
