AVAILABLE JUNE 2019, after 4-1/2 years with my current family. I have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. For the first 14 years of my career I taught in daycare centers but for the last 5 years I have been working as a nanny, a job that I truly love. I have experience caring for and teaching children of all ages but ideally I am looking for a long-term position with a family which has an infant child. I have been with my current family for 4-1/2yrs and I have loved watching the child grow up over the years. There is a special place in my heart for very young children with unconditional love to give.

We hired Cindy as a nanny for our 3 month old daughter in 2015. Right away she was great with our infant. Cindy worked hard to help her learn to roll over, crawl, stand, walk, speak, potty train, clothe herself, etc. Cindy is passionate about early childhood education. She introduced and actively supported baby sign which helped our DD communicate well before speaking. She brought in books and toys to engage and teach. Reading has always been important and a way Cindy uses to help teach. She's also helped DD learn to count, know the alphabet by sight and sound, write, and read small words. Cindy is very professional, responsible, punctual, and dependable. She has taken extra steps to keep DD engaged in learning through song and play. She has been willing to participate & collaborate in best parenting practices. She has always been respectful of us and our DD. There is too much to say in the small space provided. Suffice to say, Cindy comes HIGHLY recommended by us and DD. ***5 stars***
