Cynthia has all the qualities that a Caregiver possesses and I would recommend her to any family who desires an empathetic, understanding, loving, gentle CNA who goes over and beyond to ensure their loved one is protected and properly cared for and treated with respect. She exhibited these values when she cared for my dad who passed in 2012. If needs be I would hire here again.
