About Cynthia

I have 15 years experience working with children professionally. I have 4 kids of my own. I was a child care director for 8 plus years. Ive worked in a childcare as a preschool teacher, infant and toddler lead teacher and then became a director. I received my A. A. degree with course work in Early Childhood Education, where I did several internships with day care centers and elementary schools. I was then employed with Montgomery College Early learning center as a senior staff preschool teacher. I prepared lesson plans for a group of 20 children age 2-6. I currently have my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education Administration. I have always had a great passion for children. I love watching the joy and excitement a child has when learning and learning through play. I believe children need to have someone that is patient, compassionate and loving. They are our future, innocent being on his world and they need nothing but the best care possible.
