Cynthia was the most caring amazing Nanny ever for our family of 7 for eight wonderful years. She started with us when our third daughter was just a week old and stayed with us until our son was about six months old are other daughter was just 14 months older. She was juggling too very young babies and managed it flawlessly. Ultimately, she stepped away to enjoy some precious time with the birth of her own son. Cynthia is creative, caring, funny, and exceptionally patient. She adjust and manages each child based on their unique temperament and yet she helped manage our home and discipline the children in an effective an appropriate manner that aligned with our Home and our values. It doesn’t matter if it was making lunch, playing games, taking the kids to the park or playing with toys. She is imaginative, creative and engaging with the children. She helped clean up after them, but also taught them how to clean up after themselves, and how to do things for themselves like get dressed brush, their teeth, open things, and even entertain themselves. I honestly cannot put in writing any words that could adequately describe what an amazing person and care provider she is. With two demanding careers, we always came home to a tidy house, clean, happy and enthusiastic kids that were sad to see her go after spending the day with her. If you were able to get her as a nanny for your child it is truly a gift. I’m happy to speak to anybody that would like to learn more about the time that Cynthia was a part of our family and managing our home I will tell you she is forever a part of our family.
