I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cynthia. She’s been working with us for about a year now, helping to care for our 3 young kids (4, 2, infant). The kids light up when she comes over. Each day she carefully plans out various activities for them based on where they are in their development. She’ll go to the library, store, etc to make sure she has right materials. She’s also very thoughtful in how she talks to them about other aspects of life, like being kind and cleaning up after ourselves. Needless to say, she cares deeply about seeing them flourish. Cynthia is also very helpful beyond the kids… she helps keep a tidy house and is always willing to assist with house tasks if there is time while kids are napping. She’s also very punctual and just a joy to be around. Cynthia is a gem and we are so lucky to work with her!
