With five years of experience caring for children of all ages, I foster a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to connect with children on a meaningful level. Communication with parents is paramount to me. I make it a point to keep parents informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I adapt to the parents' preferred communication method to ensure their comfort and convenience. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead and ensure that the children are aware of and adhere to them. I believe in positive reinforcement and gentle guidance to help children understand and follow the rules. In terms of activities, I enjoy playing board games and puzzles with children, as they promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
