As things turn out, I have been a caregiver most of my life. It's been one of my proudest accompllishments and greatest joys. I cared for my siblings from the time I was 11 until 16 and then became an orderly my senior year of high school. After college I met my wife, who already had a newborn, and I so enjoyed the adventure. I've worked in the business world, food service and education systems for many years. Throughout these years, my wife suffered from depression and I was there to care for her. We divorced when our youngest was 12 and I went back to school and got my CNA license. My mother was in need of help due to health concerns and came to live with me for 3 years. She has since passed and my youngest has graduated college. I now enjoy working part-time in the public-school system as a substitute teacher (4+ years). I would love to be able to serve and assist with your family member in need. I am kind, compassionate, dependable with a great sense of humor and lots gratitude!
