Experience: 10 yrs
For 10+ years I have provided care to elderly and developmentally disabled individuals. I have worked in nursing care facilities throughout Suffolk county with elderly and ailing residents. I have saved an individual from a future in a nursing facility by rehabilitating him back to health after bedsores were an issue for him at home. My employment at an elementary school caring for a diabetic child was my most fulfilling position as of yet but I am looking to add to those experiences. I am very compassionate and feel as though your family should be treated as if they were my own. Reliability is one thing I pride myself on, a person of my word and I am very flexible and have open availability and I can accommodate short notice. I love working with the elderly because I learn so much from them and I enjoy their company.
