I'd describe my personality as Loving caring and dependable Seniors remind me a lot of my grandparents. I would like to take them for walks and play games. Listen to their stories and help them where they needed help. I'm looking for a job we're I can utilize my skills and be the the best version of myself. I started caring for seniors when I was 11 years old. But professionally I didn't start caring for seniors until I was 39 years old In my spare time, I like to teach yoga and guide people through meditation and read inspirational books One thing you should know about me is I own my own online yoga and meditation business. I work really well with seniors that have Alzheimer's and dementia. For some reason they seem to like me and trust me another great skill I have is listening to them and understanding them. Another really great skill I have when I work with seniors is getting them to bathe eat when they don't want to and sometimes even go outside for some fresh air.
