About Crystal

I have been working in the healthcare field for the past 7 years, and have been on and off doing childcare since I was a teenager. Medical field experience: I have worked in a 100 bed nursing home facility that gave me great knowledge and experience with dementia, Parkinson's, and hospice. I went on to work at a hospital on the Medical/Surgical/Pediatric floor. At the hospital, I cared for people with more acute care needs for patients ranging from newborn to senior members of my community. I transferred to the ICU as a telemetry technician studying and observing heart rhythms of all the patients on heart monitors in the hospital. I also took care of critical patients while working in the ICU. I have a wide variety of experience in the medical field that gives me the confidence to reach out and help others that may need someone who is kind, fun, and helpful. Childcare experience: I was a live-in nanny during the summer months when I was a teenager for a family friend.
