I started my career out working as a direct care assistant and then moving up to a group home manger that worked with adults with exceptionalities. Later, I pursued a degree in respiratory and worked as a therapist for 7 years until I found my true calling; teaching. So, now I work as a second grade teacher, and I love my job. While attending school to obtain my degree in education, I have worked with several families taking care of their children and assisting the families with other tasks beyond my job description. Crystal is a very loving person. Our daughter bonded with her instantly. Her background and current job eased my mind tremendously. She also has a sweet loving child of her own that helped me know she was the right person for us. We love Crystal's sweet spirit, joyful attitude, flexibility and most of all her heart for children.
