Crystal W. Professional Child Care Provider 8 year in home professional nanny. 15+ years working with kids (daycare, child centers, elementary before & after public school care, licensed youth soccer coach) Hoping to match with a caring, open minded family that celebrates diversity. I have worked in a wide variety of settings with diverse groups of kids. From infants to teenagers, managing emotions, behaviors and teaching new skills. Being a friend, but also, a strong leader has enabled me to create healthy relationships with all the kids I've worked with over the years. There is nothing more important to me than helping make the world a better place and that all starts with our youth receiving the love and care they deserve. I love the arts, sports and the outdoors and take pride in taking care of our environment and community. I live in central Columbus with my partner and little dog Messi where I'm always learning and trying new things around the house.
