Crystal is one of a kind. We were lucky to find her. My 88 year-old Mom has dementia, and she can be very difficult to please. She used to be the easiest going person in the world, but with dementia, I'm afraid she has episodes of being so paranoid that the caregivers are there to hurt her or to take her house, even. Crystal handles this situation with grace, and makes it so I can relax knowing she's in good hands. She talks to my Mom like you would a friend or loved one, and calms her down. Makes her feel cared for and safe. Both so very important for someone in her condition. Others we've hired in the past weren't able to get her back to feeling like herself. And I've had to intervene. With Crystal, we know Mom is going to feel loved and cared for in those dark times. Crystal also has been so creative with things my Mom can do. She's a self-starter, and has even brought drawing supplies, napkins to fold, and other things to keep her mind focused. We are very lucky to have her!!!
