Hi, I'm Crystal! I have 11 years of nannying experience and have worked with 3 months to 7 years old. I have worked with 3 different sets of newborn twins and although it can be challenging, it is very rewarding! I also have experience caring for children with medical needs, including administering G-tube feedings, medicine, and food. I hold a BA in Psychology and have taken various childhood development courses, which have helped me understand developmental milestones and ways to foster growth through activities. In addition to my nannying experience, I've worked as a Special Education Aide, assisting children with cognitive and physical delays, and as a case manager, advocating for children's mental health needs within school districts. Currently, I am working as a Research Assistant exploring the relationship between social support and stress physiology in pregnancy.
