Crystal's experience has evolved from recruiting, training caregivers to meeting new clients and understanding their special needs and requirements paying close attention to the needs of the client, and all people including medical personnel, family and all those involved in the client's plan of care.

While it didn't work out long-term due to scheduling conflicts, Crystal was an angel, constantly in communication with us and pitching ideas to help. She showed up last-minute (a very long way from home!) to give another caregiver a much-needed break and we are eternally grateful! I only wish her schedule was more open so we could have worked with her more.
