My name is Crystal and I am 40 years old. I have 22 years of experience caring for children ages newborn to 12 years old. I love working with children. I always treat the children I nanny as if they were family. The best part of being a nanny for me is when I teach a child something new and seeing their eyes light up for the first time when they understand. It is very rewarding to me. A little bit about myself. I am happily married to my soulmate for 11 and a half wonderful years. We do not have any children, except our fur babies (4 dogs). I am very kind, sweet, laid-back, easy going, reliable, understanding, trustworthy, honest & great with children. I have actually been called a unicorn nanny from a previous family. I love nature & being outdoors. I love spending time with my family. Family is very important to me. I am CPR/First Aid Certified. If you have the chance to have Crystal work with your family, jump at the opportunity! She is an amazing nanny and brings everything you’d want to the job. She’s reliable, trustworthy, nurturing, and flexible. We had her as our nanny for our 5 month old and 4.5 year old for 6 months and she set a very high bar for every other nanny. The only reason she isn’t still with us is because she moved out of out of state and we joked maybe we should move too just so we could keep her with the kids. She does an amazing job of connecting with each child and puts their needs first. She brings so much experience and is willing to help problem solve when you inevitably hit a developmental speed bump, but she’s also flexible enough to try new things to accommodate what we wanted to do. Honestly, she’s the best nanny imaginable and just a good person! Hire her if you’re lucky enough!
