Crystal is a wonderful caregiver! She is nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children. She always puts the needs of the child first, while also maintaining a leader role with the child. She works with family members to create meaningful relationships for the child. She is very mindful of the child’s family cultural background and practices to help enhance the best care for the child. Crystal allowed for my child to feel safe and loved in her environment. I had an mazing experience where I saw my child have fun, learn new things in a play-based way, and receive the best care! Crystal is someone I would hire again if I were to have more children. She is someone who I can say changed the life of my child and mine too!
