Hi , I'm Crystal I have 3 years experience in childcare and 1 year in Montessori. I currently work at a Montessori in north Austin! I also have a 4-year-old daughter who attends daycare! I'd describe my personality as caring , funny , outgoing , very loving! I'm looking for a job that fits my schedule and my pay. But most of all I want to be able to have a good relationship with the parent(s) and child. That's very important to me. I started working with kids when I had my daughter 4 years ago and I knew that if she needed to go to daycare I would work their just because I had separation anxiety and once I started I loved it. I've worked in all ages and love it all! One thing you should know about me is I'm a super laid back person and my world literally revolves around my daughter when I'm not at work!
