I am currently an Aide Instructor at an educational program for young children with Autism. In our program, we implement Applied Behavioral Analysis as a form of instruction. The children that I teach range from ages 2-5 and all have unique needs. I love my job and the children give me a reason to want to be at work every single day. Their love and the progress they exhibit is compensation enough for what I do and I could not be more grateful to know what it feels like to truly enjoy my job.
