I hired Crystal to oversee the proper private care for a loved one. In doing so Crystal managed weekly payroll over the caregivers, interviews and hiring process of staffing with personality’s that would fit the family as well as work well collectively to provide the best quality care and environment possible for the loved one. Crystal is well organized, charismatic and was available to address any challenges we faced no matter when it was. She is extremely knowledgeable in the healthcare field setting me at ease when I was unable to be present with our loved one. She also goes above and beyond doing things not required to make the family and loved one enjoy the best quality of life possible in this transition time allowing us to focus on the time left with our family.
