Hi! My name is Crystal. I have over 25 years of cleaning experience. I worked in hotels doing housekeeping, laundry, front desk and housekeeping supervisor. I also have experience in commercial cleaning , I've done banks and offices. About 10 years ago I started my own cleaning company, Cloretta's Cleaning! Most of my customers I've had for 8+ years. I also have rental turnovers. I enjoy cleaning and making houses look and smell great! I don't mind pets at all, I have 4 cats of my own. I am a non smoker and prefer non smoking homes. I live in Auburn and married to my husband Todd for almost 11 years. I'm a very honest and reliable person and hope I'm a good fit to clean your home :-)

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Crystal for quite a while, and we truly can’t say enough good things about her! She consistently does an amazing job—our home always feels spotless and refreshed after she’s been by. The days she comes are my favorite days of the week to come home! We took a break for a bit when life slowed down, but quickly realized how much we missed not only the deep clean she brings, but also the peace of mind. She’s incredibly thorough, professional, and kind—even with our house full of pets! Nothing ever seems to faze her, and she treats our home (and furry family members) with such care and respect. We’re so happy to have her back and honestly can’t imagine doing it without her. Highly recommend!
