About Crystal

With over 9 years of paid childcare experience, I've worked with children from newborns to 13 years old. I started with part-time roles like afterschool pickup & care, which quickly grew into full-time positions where I became an integral part of families' lives. One long-term role began with a 5-year-old for occasional babysitting & expanded to weekends, overnights, & remote learning support (2nd & 3rd grade) during the pandemic. I later cared for their newborn while also assisting with household organization, event planning, & two family moves. I have extensive experience with infants, including a 5-week-old I cared for until age 3 & currently, another since she was 3 months old. I also have experience with special needs, including Down syndrome, autism, ADHD, and ODD. Whether assisting with routines, preparing meals, or providing developmental support, I foster a safe, engaging environment while building strong, trusting relationships with children and parents.
