I proudly recommend Crystal who has watched my son for the last year on a full time basis. Crystal had a calm yet reassuring presence about her when we first met for an interview. My husband and I instantly knew that she would be a great fit for our family. Over the last year, Crystal has become just that- apart of our family. She quickly picked up on our preferences regarding the care of our son and never wavered. Crystal has excellent communication skills and keeps me updated throughout the day with photos, a quick note about what they are doing or any questions that may come up. Additionally, she is responsive, timely, and incredibly reliable. Crystal has spent a great deal of time with our son and has taught him so much. They are always reading, doing educational flash cards or practicing letters & numbers. She ensures that he gets outside a few times a day by taking him to a nearby park or on a walk in the stroller. One of Crystal’s best qualities is her patients. As previously mentioned, Crystal has a very calm demeanor. She is down to earth and so easy to work with. Over the last year, I have felt so secure and comfortable knowing my son was in her care. Having that sense of peace is priceless. While we will continue to remain in contact, we will miss Crystal so much. We wish her all the best in everything the futures holds.
