My name is Crystal and I've currently been a CNA for 16 years (13 in a nursing home taking care of trachea /vent patients with underlying issues). I have experience with a. m/p. m care, incontinence care, feeds ( weather it be orally or g-tube), CPR/ first aid, ADL's, transfers ( ranging from stand pivot, 2 person assist, slide board, sit to stand machine, hoyer), med pass, and companionship. Currently I've been working private duty talking care of a stroke patient and a patient who suffers from end stages of dementia. My morning patient I've been with for two and a half years. I'm the head CNA, unfortunately the family is having a hard time with funds so he will be going in a nursing home. My other client I've been with for a year and a half and is on hospice with end stages of dementia. I have experience with mentally challenged as well as autism/ADHD as I have it in my family. I have an abundance of experience and I think I'd be perfect for the job.
