About Crystal

My passion for healthcare is rooted in a deep desire to provide compassionate care and support to individuals during vulnerable times. Currently, I serve as a (CNA) in hospice, where I'm privileged to offer comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families during end-of-life care. This experience has reinforced the importance of empathy and personalized care, further strengthening my commitment to holistic patient well-being. Before hospice, I gained experience as a (PCT) on a busy Med-Surg floor at a local hospital. This role provided me with a strong foundation in managing diverse medical needs, and providing direct care within a fast-paced environment. It honed my skills in teamwork, critical thinking, and the importance of a collaborative approach to patient care. My career, I have developed a particular affinity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities. CPR/BLS Certified. CNA I do keep an AED on me. - I'm apart of Jackson 4 minute city.
