About Crystal

I'm passionate about supporting a healthy family dynamic and providing reliable childcare. I try to connect with children of all ages at their own pace to better ensure a safe and nurturing environment where they can develop trust with me. I monitor the well-being of each child, ensure needs are met, without smothering, and provide open communication with parents to promptly address any concerns that arise. I engage children in age-appropriate educational activities, sports, music, puzzles, and board games that enhance learning and development. I also try to create activities that deter their dependency on electronic devices. I raised a son on the spectrum, so I have knowledge of sensory issues/triggers. I'm also CPR/First Aid certified, and I have a car with full coverage insurance and am very comfortable around all types of pets!
