I contacted Crystal to care for my 97 year old mother-in-law. She gave of her time to answer my questions to make sure she was the right fit over the phone. Then we met in person so my sister-in-law could feel as comfortable as I did. We both thought she would be the perfect fit. Throughout the hospital stay Crystal and I stayed in perfect communication. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law passed away before I could utilize Crystal. But I know she would have been the best caregiver. I can assure you, I have her number in my cellphone and I will recommend her over and over again.
