I recently hired Crystal to transport and accompany me to a neck surgery that I was having. I currently live alone, and the hospital required me to have somebody with me during the surgery and throughout my aftercare. Without another responsible party, they will not do the surgery. Her communication was prompt and she followed all of my requests to the letter. Even when the hospital threw me a curveball before surgery, Crystal was level-headed and handled the situation professionally. Crystal is very trustworthy, calm, accommodating, and dependable.
