About Crystal

I am a very patient, responsible, and resourceful mother of 4 adult children, including a son and 3 daughters. I was fortunate enough to work from home while raising my children and received my magna cum laude AS degree in early childhood education in May 2018. I have since taught preschool for 5 years, became an assistant director for 1 year, then studied to attain my Texas Director Certification, becoming a Director of 40 employees and 250 children from 6 weeks to 12 years old in a private, faith-based preschool for the past two years. I am now seeking to provide meaningful care for a private family, returning to my passion of partnering with parents to develop their child's sense of trust while engaging their mind, in their home environment. Current CPR/First Aid and Texas Child Care Director Certifications and ability to renew Texas Food Handler Certification. Excellent professional references and flexible availability.
