Hello, my name is Cristty. I am originally from New York City but got my Associates at Dutchess Community College and fell in love with The Hudson Valley, and decided to stay! My experience with children started at 13 years old. I would care for my younger cousin ( 9 months). I continued to babysit for family friends, and relatives. Eventually I took a break to go away to school. I now have a 3-year-old nephew who I have helped raise for the past 3 years. During my time in DCC I also did an internship for two semesters at a local Elementary school. I have a lot of experience with newborns to 12 years. I am very comfortable and confident with all ages. I believe a quality babysitter puts children as their first priority especially their safety, is a positive role model, and assists the children in coming up with fun and exciting activities!
