I highly recommend Cristina "Paola" V. as a nanny. She worked with my family from early 2015 until 2020 as our afternoon / evening nanny. My youngest child was 2 years old when Paola started with us. She was calm and patient amid the crazy, which is how I would describe my household of 3 active boys, who are each 2.5 years apart in age. She genuinely cared for my kids like they were her own and engaged them in play, art and reading. She helped with housekeeping tasks as well (laundry, tidying up the kitchen, play areas and the boys’ bedrooms, and meal prep, as needed). She was always punctual and reliable. I trusted her to drive my children to their activities. Even though our circumstances changed in 2018 and we did not need her any more, we gradually decreased her hours because our youngest was so attached to her. She still stays in touch with our family, and the boys look forward to her visits.
