Cristina is not reliable and not professional. Often called at last minute due to some problem with family, or car. She doesn't seem to know how to cook, even simple stuff like packaged pasta. She didn't make sure our gate was closed and the dog got out (I received a call from my neighbor who saw the dog down the street.) And to top it off, she quit via text messages a couple hours before she was supposed to pick up the kids.
