About Cristina

Hello, my name is Cristina and I am a pharmacology student at UCSB, graduating this spring. I began working with kids in high school when I babysat a1-year-old girl for about a year. My responsibilities included feeding her, taking her on walks, changing her diaper, and putting her to sleep. Additionally, I provided care for their family dog during my babysitting sessions and sometimes took on the role of dog-sitter. Additionally, I have been playing piano for 17 years and taught kids ages 6-11 classical piano for 4 years. For the past 2 years, I've been volunteering with Kids in Nutrition, an organization focused on educating elementary school children about the importance of healthy eating habits and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Additionally, I volunteer at a local clinic, where I teach Spanish-speaking children and families the fundamentals of proper nutrition. Furthermore, I worked as an EMT for a year and a half so I am ACLS, BLS, and EMT certified
