About Cristal

Hi, My name is Cristal, I've been working with children for over 20 years as an early educator. I work with multiple families as a teacher, assistant director, and director. I have multiple training sessions with the Department of Children and Families. I am a caregiver who has learned over time that children should have someone who can communicate and create a positive environment. Importance of having a healthy positive relationship with families in a home setting. A little bit about me. In my family, my two daughters are 14 and 20. I have 9 siblings as I am adopted and had a very unique upbringing. This has allowed me to be empathic, caring, and respect others' differences. As a caregiver, I am organized, caring, and always seeing the best in your child growing.
