Cris has a lot of knowledge about kids, their routines, and their emotions, and she helps my family a lot. Whenever I feel like I could do something differently, I talk to her, and she offers solutions to my struggles. As someone with a bachelor’s degree in education, she is incredible at hands-on work, but sometimes I just need better support—someone with her expertise to listen to me and give me advice.
