Courtney Is a great nanny/babysitter. She has been taking care of our 6 month old baby every week for a few months now and I'm very pleased with her performance. She is easy to work with, follows mom's lead, but offers ideas and solutions based on her long history of childcare. I love watching how she interacts with the baby- she's sweet and playful and fun. The baby loves her too! Courtney is a good communicator and she helps with housecleaning when the baby naps or while I breastfeed. She is very helpful overall and even takes the dog on a walk when possible. I highly recommend Courtney.
