I have over 10 years or experience with children with around 8 years of professional childcare, 4 years in home baby sitting and I have an amazing 11-year-old daughter. I have experience working with children from the ages of newborn to 15 years old. I love creating fun and creative things to do while also creating a learning experience for children. I have experience with in person and remote learning. I'm very good at creating activity plans to cater to a child's developmental needs. I have great time management, communication and multitasking skills. My boys absolutely love Courtney. She is very organized and took the time to get to know my expectations for care beforehand. She wanted to know my boys interest and incorporated it into their time together. She is great with communication and I couldn’t have found a better nanny for my boys.
