About Courtney

I'd describe my personality as patient, dependable, animal-lover I like working with animals because I absolutely adore all animals and love to be apart of helping them live a fulfilling, stimulating life. I'm looking for a job that I can do after I get off work from teaching and something I can do during the summer! I started working with animals when I was little. I have always walked neighborhood dogs until we got our own. Now we have a small rat terrier and a German Shepard mix! In my spare time, I like to spend time with my pup on different adventures, hike, swim, and hangout with friends or family. One thing you should know about me is I will do what I can to make any animal feel comfortable and safe in my care. I am great with reading body language and can sense when an animal is stressed or over stimulated. My skills include positive reinforcement training, mental stimulation activities, and lots of love with pets and play time.
