About Courtney

Hi there, my name is Courtney and I'm an energetic and creative 24-year-old! I am currently teaching at FAU with the goal to teach ages 11/12. My favorite age groups are toddlers and pre-teens, but I have experience with all ages. I'm looking for a part time position and my rates start at $22/ hour for one child. I have worked with and for families since the age of 15, acting as the primary nanny to my 9-year-old niece, and hope to apply the skills I've learned to other jobs. I'm CPR certified, have my own car, and have taken online courses in child development. My focus is on giving your child a safe and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing crafts, pretend play, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. In my personal time I love to crochet, write stories, and play games with my friends. I love to play with my cat and travel! I look forward to meeting you.
