I currently work as a Revenue Cycle Management Specialist for an early intervention Behavior Therapy company. I started off working in the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District as a Program Leader for 3rd-5th grade. I've gone on to work with children and teenagers who have intensive special needs at a Residential Treatment Center that transition into a group home in 2019. Later that year, I began working with adults who have Autism as a RBT at a Day Treatment center. Since then I've gained experience working with babies and children who have Autism at Behavior Therapy clinics. Altogether I have 9 years of childcare experience, and have loved every minute of it! It has been such a positive impact on my life having the opportunity to be a mentor, it shaped what I went to college for and what I'm pursuing as a career. I went to Texas State University, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Child Development. In my spare time I love hiking the greenbelt and paddle boarding!
