Courtney attends to each child as though they were the only one in the room--which is impressive when they are not--with the same care that a parent would. She takes initiative to complete other needed tasks as they arise and asks for help or clarification when necessary. She always keeps the parents/families priorities in mind and works to support their goals. Her soothing voice and even temperament make her an excellent, calming force for families with the happy chaos of multiple infants and toddlers.
