I have been working with children since the age of 11 and I am currently in the Child and Family Services program at DCTC. I took child development classes in high school too. Since 2016, I've had the blessing of meeting and working with 3 different families from care. com! In my free time, I enjoy doing arts and crafts, watching movies, or spending time with my 6-year-old brother! Working with children truly is my passion and calling. We are privileged to employ Courtney as our nanny. Courtney has been a reliable, flexible, fun, loving, and hard working nanny for our family and son since he was 1 year old. Courtney has a natural ability to understanding my sons needs and abilities of children in general, she is warm, compassionate, nurturing, and responsive to our son. Courtney has always brought a professional, yet personable, thoughtful, organized, and expert approach to the care of our son, while respecting our parenting desires as parents. Courtney is excellent at redirecting and always has a positive way to redirecting and address any issues with our son. When our son is in Courtney's care we feel 100% confident that he is safe, happy, she is consistently setting goals, (both personal and developmental), and reaching them. My in-laws visited during the pandemic long term and Courtney was respectful of our family. Courtney has always been happy to pitch in and help us with laundry, organizing, and tidying up.
