About Courtney

As a classroom teacher for many years, I've experienced the all-encompassing role of guiding, educating, and caring for children. It is a responsibility I don't take lightly. I believe in empowering children to reach their unique potential by recognizing and nurturing their strengths and interests through activity and play. My teaching experience has greatly affected my development of the following relevant skills: -organization/planning -Social-Emotional learning strategies/techniques -ability to differentiate for childrens' interests, personalities, and learning styles -Keeping regular routines -collaborating to create clear expectations -providing positive and effective strategies/interventions I would love to meet with you to further to discuss why I think I'd be a great fit.
