About Courtney

Currently, I'm a substitute teacher with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. With around 6 years of experience, I've been fortunate to make a positive impact on children's lives and support their families. I've been a lead preschool teacher, and an EC Pre-K teacher assistant. I have years of experience with babysitting and childcare. I'm working on getting my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I'm a creative, friendly, and energetic individual, and I bring that energy into my caregiving. I'm patient and kind, but I'm also comfortable with enforcing household rules. Safety is a top priority. I believe in open and frequent communication with parents, and I'm always happy to provide verbal updates at pickup or send regular text or phone call updates. I'm happy to help with cooking and meal preparation, light housekeeping, running errands, and transportation. I've completed First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Child Development coursework.
