About Courtney

I'd describe my personality as kind, patient, and friendly. I like tutoring because I love connecting with children in ways that help them grow and become more independent. I believe if a child is given the right tools, he or she can truly shine and use those new skills to eventually help others themselves. In my spare time, I like to travel, spend time gardening, play video games, and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is that by day, I am a researcher for the cancer and blood disease unit at Cincinnati Children's. I've been there for almost a decade. Children are my passion! My skills include science, language arts and math!
