About Courtney

Being a professional chef is great. This career change would allow me to merry my passion for food and people. Kitchens prepared me to work well under pressure while maintaining a keen eye for details. Not to mention, you need to be quick on your feet. Food really brings people from all walks of life together. I'm a Chef, Mom, sister (there are four girls in my family), wife, daughter, and aunt to eight neices and nephews. Good thing I have a lot of energy. I enjoy being busy, and am not afraid of a challenge. Also I'm more than happy to help with other projects. Food related, or anything involving organizing, cleaning, or planning. I look forward to meeting some great people and helping to support a family in my community.
