We feel so fortunate to have found Courtney! From the very beginning, she impressed us with her professionalism and thoughtfulness. She showed up to our first meeting with a notebook to take notes and plan ahead, which really set the tone for how organized and prepared she is. Her kindness and gentle approach with our kids are unmatched. She takes the time to talk to them and explain things in a way they understand, making them feel seen and respected. My kids absolutely adore her and look forward to the time they get to spend with her. One of the things I appreciate most is her clear communication. Every time she’s scheduled to babysit, she texts me that morning to confirm and let me know she’ll see us at the agreed time later that day. It’s such a thoughtful gesture that gives me peace of mind. As a mom herself, Courtney clearly has a wealth of experience and a natural ability to care for children. She’s not only sweet and nurturing but also highly capable. Anyone would be incredibly lucky to have her as their babysitter, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!
