About Courtney

I'd describe my personality as patient, kind, and gentle. I like working with kids because I love to watch them learn and grow through play. I'm looking for a job that helps me encourage kids to be outside, help with household tasks, and have time to play while balancing homework and any other activities they participate in. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I was in the daycare program through my school and taught preschool through the school as well. In my spare time, I like to read, crochet, and go on walks with my dog. One thing you should know about me is I am flexible and able to problem solve. I am a planner and I love to help with grocery shopping, meal prep, organization, and more. My skills include facilitating arts and craft activities, being patient with every stage of childhood and growth, and encouraging children to help me with age appropriate household tasks.
