I have over 10 years experience working with children in child care, after school, tutoring, volunteer, community, and classroom settings. These experiences have provided me with the opportunity to work with children from just few months old, continuing through early childhood, elementary, as well as middle and high school students. I am currently pursuing my Master's in Art Education, have previous Early Childhood credits, and have studied child developmental psychology during my graduate level courses. Currently I hold a position as a Teacher's Assistant serving students with various special needs, and prior to this I received my TESOL certificate in Thailand where I spent time teaching 3rd grade as well as ESL for grades 1-3. During this time I started a recycling art club for the students, as I am enthusiastic about sustainable practices as well as the arts. Oh, and if I did not mention I am passionate about working with children, and helping them to achieve their personal best.
